This is a prize art for for winning second place in a contest at #Anime-Lovers-United. Hope you like it hun. ^^
Anyways, finally done. Took me long enough. This pic was challenging in many ways. But worth the effort nonetheless. I painted the background to be the fountain court in Radient Garden, since I thought the colours would compliment Aqua somewhat.
I think I had too much fun making her hair messy. Oh and big thanks to and her lovely hair tutorial. It really helped me out a lot!
(Ugh, the white ribbons and sleeves tormented me and still look crappy. All well, I'm tired of hacking at them.)

I will change it right now!
This art is particularly amazing : pose, painting, movements...I hope to be able to draw the same way, one day ^^
But really though, YOU have been such an inspiration for me. You are actually one of the artists I look up to. I've always admired your style, and your own skill is just amazing. I also admire how you are able to draw in semi-realistic style, which is something that has always defeated me, in art class and even now. You are so talented already.
This was one of the hardest, most time consuming drawings I've ever worked on, and really challenging with both subject and background to figure out. I learned a lot from doing this; it will always be special to me.
Aqua's my fav KH character too; that's probably obvious though.
Still beautifully done though, you're quite a skilled artist~
*shrugs* I was just trying to make her look a bit fierce, that's all. Like someone you wouldn't want to mess with. And really considering other stuff I draw, that expression does look calm-ish, to me anyways. (Haha, coming from me who draws a lot of psycho looking people. XDD)
But hey, I appreciate the critique anyways, and thank you~
Thank you so much!
IKR, Aqua's my fav character from BBS. And for me, fighting with her is easier than Ven or Terra; her fighting style's like a combination of Ven's agility and Terra's power. Love it~
